This one day course will address the following K-9 issues: Patrol K-9; Accidental K-9 bites; K-9 Supervision; FLSA K-9 “at-home care” compensation; Narcotics K-9; Explosives K-9; Tracking K-9.

The course will address the legal issues of canine usage, canine tactics and the prevention of litigation. (

COST: The initial cost for most of the past seminars was $300/team. The Board has decided to help out cities who may be having financial problems due to the economic hard times by reducing that fee to $150. .
